The maximum number of students per class is 16. This is an FAA requirement.
Additional seminars will be added to meet demand.
Traveling Seminars are currently in Planning stages at many locations.

Cancellations
- You should contact us immediately if you need to change or cancel your
booking. We will do our best to fill your space and sell it to another
participant, but if we are unable to do so, you may lose your booking.
Read policy below for the course you are interested in.
If you need to cancel your training because of accident/ illness to you, or a death in your immediate family, it may be possible to re-arrange your training on presentation of a medical or death certificate. If you wish to move from a homebase training course to a travel course, you will need to pay the difference in price. Please contact Carol Carpenter at 530/567-5141 with full details of your particular situation. CANCELLATION POLICY FOR INSPECTION SEMINARS (Must be in writing) Repairman seminars are specialized courses with limited attendance to enhance your learning experience. Additionally participants will need lead time to attend. Therefore, NO Refunds will be authorized, however, we will assist you in selling your seat to another participant if possible - there will be an additional $75.00 processing fee if your seat is sold and and a voucher issued for another training course. All transactions must be made directly through Rainbow Aviation. DO NOT "purchase" a seat from a participant. A “no show” with no notice will be charged the full workshop fee. WE HAVE PRESENTED AT LEAST ONE SEMINAR A MONTH AND USUALLY HAVE A WAITING LIST IF YOU DECIDE TO SALE YOUR SEAT, However resale is NOT guaranteed. CANCELLATION POLICY FOR MAINTENANCE SEMINARS (Must be in writing) Repairman seminars are specialized courses with limited attendance to enhance your learning experience. Additionally, due to the length of the course, participants will need lead time to attend. Furthermore this is the only course in the country- and only four courses are held each year. Therefore, NO REFUNDS will be authorized, however, we will assist you in selling your seat to another participant if possible - there will be a $650.00 processing fee if your seat is sold and and a voucher issued for another training course. All transactions must be made directly through Rainbow Aviation. DO NOT "purchase" a seat from a participant. A “no show” will be charged the full workshop fee. A non refundable deposit of $650.00 is paid when you register. Two non refundable installments are due before the first day of the course. Ask about Stand- by seats. a STAND BY SEAT may is issued to participants with family or personal emergencies -less the $650.00 deposit (documentation required- ask about policies, rules and restrictions) Stand by seat may be use when room is available in a class or another participant cancels. |
