Cancellations - You should contact us immediately if you need to change or cancel your booking. You may be eligible for a voucher for a stand by seat in a future class with the same instructor.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR 2 DAY INSPECTION SEMINARS (Must be in writing)

Repairman seminars are specialized courses with limited attendance to enhance your learning experience. Additionally participants will need lead time to attend. Therefore, NO Refunds will be authorized, however, with a minimum of 48 hour notice we will issue a voucher for a stand by seat in a future workshop with the same instructor. All vouchers are good for one calendar year from the date of the original training. To redeem, there will be a  $75.00 processing fee.   All transactions must be made directly through Rainbow Aviation. DO NOT "purchase"  a seat from a participant. Registrations are non transferable.  A 48 hour notification is required for a voucher to be issued, otherwise the full workshop fee will be charge.  All 2 day courses require a deposit of the total class fee. This fee is non-refundable. A STAND BY SEAT voucher may be issued to participants with family or personal emergencies -Stand by seat may be use when room is available in a class or another participant cancels. Stand by seats are valid for 12 months.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR 120 HOUR MAINTENANCE SEMINARS    (Must be in writing)

Repairman seminars are specialized courses with limited attendance to enhance your learning experience. Additionally, due to the length of the course, participants will need lead time to attend. Furthermore this is the only course in the country- and only three or four courses are held each year. Therefore, NO REFUNDS will be authorized, however, we will move you to another class - there will be a $250.00 processing fee.   A “no show” will be charged the full workshop fee. A non refundable deposit of $650.00 is paid when you register- we will transfer you and your deposit to a future session up to 60 days prior to the workshop start date- there will be a $150.00 processing fee. Two non refundable installments are due before 60 and 30 days before the start date of the course.  Ask about Stand- by seats and policy when you register. A STAND BY SEAT is issued to participants with family or personal emergencies -this will allow you to use your deposit for the workshop-  (documentation required- ask about policies, rules and restrictions) Stand by seat may be use when room is available in a class or another participant cancels and is good for one year. However, they are only an option two weeks before course start date and are subject to the $150.00 processing fee.

You may request to move to  another session more than 60 days prior to the start date. You will be moved to another session,  however, no refund will be authorized and a $150.00 transfer fee will apply. If you cancel or change your selected session less than 60 days prior to your class, or if you failed to attend your selected class, you will forfeit your entire enrollment fee. Or you may qualify  a stand by seat.
