Just to advise that I truly enjoyed and gained much from the Repairman's
Course you all led in Albuquerque September 22-24. It's obvious that
you have put a great deal of work into the preparation for this well
laid out and presented two days, and we all have come away with a great
deal more knowledge about our responsibilities for both maintaining and
inspecting our LSA aircraft.Thank you very much for all the effort you
put into making this course meaningful and impactful....Barry Hill |
| I have a masters in Aero engineering and this is the best class I
have ever had. |
| This course is a must attend for anybody involved in ultralight
aviation or general aviation. The Carpenters make a unique team. Their
combination of knowledge of aircraft, regulations and teaching abilities
comes together in an extremely well presented two day session which
makes sense of the fog of the (Sport Pilot Rule) . . . In my 50 years in
the industry from C-47s thru 747's, from fighters to trikes, I have
attended dozens of ground schools. This one ranks in the top 10%. -

I'd like to thank you for putting together an informative and
enjoyable
sport pilot weight shift repairman course. It was a very well spent two
days
of learning for me. I'd recommend it to other ultralight pilots whether
or
not they are pursuing their sport pilot rating. Best wishes, - Bruce

| This course is one of the reasons was well organized,
professionally given, and focused accurately on what we needed to know
to properly inspect our WS aircraft. Well done! |
| Bravo! Well worth every minute.
|
| This (teaching the course) was a lot of work. You both know a
lot. Thank you for your effort and for sharing your knowledge.
|
| You guys have done a fantastic job of putting this all together.
This obviously took a lot knowledge and effort. |

Great class, well worth the time,
effort and monetary outlay. I certainly will recommend others take
advantage of this opportunity. Thanks again for all your efforts and
time.

| I
highly recommend the class for any and all current/prospective SP
pilots not only for the camaraderie with our fellow pilots, but
most especially for the learning experience. Brian and Carol Carpenter
are a couple of great instructors and have really outdone
themselves with the SP repairman's 16 hour course. -R.

I enjoyed spending time with you both at the 16 hour seminar last
week
I found it to be very informative, and well worth the effort and
expense, even if I had not been interested in the certificate!

I just wanted to tell you what a very nice time we all had taking
you course
this last weekend. We got back home about 2:00 AM in the morning. I got
up
early and went down to the FSDO in Van Nuys..No one had every seen these
Cert's, but they did know about them. Thanks to this weekend I was able
to
help them get the paper work done. - Robert Mason |
| Thanks for the great weekend. You made us feel welcome and put on
a great class. I also want to thank you for putting up with all my
questions. I look forward to bringing my plane up for inspection and
check ride. I know all the guys from Camarillo had a great time.
- Thanks, Daniel |
| Aircraft and engine maintenance procedures were very helpful to
